Work has begun once again within the bung. Mum and Dad came to visit again and we all cracked on with the garden there. We had some great weather and got loads done. The big pond got emptied and we shovelled eight tonnes of topsoil into it! Did lots of digging and planting in the borders. Think we all felt pretty achey by the end of the trip.
Peter enjoyed seeing his granny and grampi again, a nice thing to cheer him up whilst he had the chicken pox. Ben and I had a great meal out at the Sun Inn whilst Mum & Dad babysat. Next day we went to see Kevock Gardens in Lasswade and had a nice walk through Stella Rankin’s garden. Great visit although Mum got me hooked on Coronations Street’s Frank murder plot!
