HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!
We’ve just got back from a brilliant party at our friends, Andrew and Heathers’ house. Everybody was in high spirits for New Year and we all enjoyed the yummy snacks and drinks that our hosts gave us. They have recently moved into a beautiful, huge Edinburgh house which gave us an amazing view of the fireworks at midnight over the castle and Calton Hill.
We all saw the New Year in chanting Auld Lang Syne, dancing and drinking homemade beetroot wine and hibiscus bubbly! Everyone fell about laughing when we started playing singstar from varying degrees of howling, squeaking and growling. Nothing much that resembled singing.
Ben bless him, was in a very drunken jolly mood and was hogging the mic so that he could kill his favourite songs in a very unmanly high-pitched voice. Wish I had videoed it just so you could all hear it and see his very sexy dancing hehe.
Now, it’s New Year’s Day which means I get to start my “101 things in 1001 days” project. WOOT! Although I’m not sure I’ll achieve much today as Ben has declared it “hangover day” hehe. You can check out my list here.
